Student mistakes: beveled lines

Beveled axial and vertical lines make the volume poorly perceived. You need to draw the lines so that they remain aligned with the overall vertical position of the object and its axial symmetry.

Lines are the most basic visual elements. They can be used to define shapes and figures but also to indicate motion, emotion, and other factors. A horizontal line is a straight line that goes from left to right or right to left. Horizontal lines help give a sense of space.
